Front Line Leader (FLL) – Utilities
The Job You Will Perform:
- Supports and leads efforts at Bogalusa Mill that include an injury-free environment through role modeling safe behavior, active involvement in safety activities, and maintaining a clean and orderly work environment.
- Completes the First Line Leader (FLL) Onboarding/Proficiency Curriculum.
- Coordinates and leads efforts to support high performance work teams.
- Leadership role in ensuring team member relations, efforts, and processes are in place to maximize team member engagement and results.
- Leads, provides guidance, and/or supports teams as needed to achieve small team goals, daily responsibilities, and overall achievement of mill goals.
- Manages daily shift operations in their assigned area and a focus on continuous improvement.
