About this role
Forecasting
- Melakukan forecast kebutuhan cash ATM berdasarkan histori transaksi dan pola penggunaan.
- Menganalisis saldo, cash level, dan kebutuhan pengisian masing-masing ATM.
- Menentukan estimasi jadwal dan nominal replenishment ATM.
- Memantau transaksi dan penggunaan cash ATM untuk mengantisipasi potensi cash out.
- Membuat dan meng-update forecasting serta cash replenishment plan secara berkala.
- Menganalisis tren transaksi, termasuk periode high/low season, hari libur, payday, dan event tertentu.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim ATM Monitoring, Cash Management, CIT/Field Operations, dan pihak terkait terkait kebutuhan pengisian ATM.
- Membuat evaluasi terhadap hasil forecast dan membandingkannya dengan realisasi penggunaan cash.
- Mengidentifikasi ATM dengan risiko overstock maupun cash shortage dan memberikan rekomendasi tindak lanjut.
