Position Summary
Gettysburg College’s Dining Services team is looking for a dependable, hardworking Food Service Worker to join our student dining center team!
Duties
Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Operate the dish machine and hand-wash pots and pans to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and cookware
- Scrape, sort, load, and unload dishes and utensils throughout service
- Keep the dish room clean, organized, and sanitized, including operating the food dehydrator (Ecovim)
- Set up and maintain serving lines, ensuring food is labeled correctly and held at proper temperatures
- Serve menu items, restock supplies, and check meal cards as students and guests come through the line
- Clean and sanitize serving lines, coffee stations, and dining areas between meals
