Purpose of the Role
To own and grow the Food Service channel within the assigned region. The role drives revenue growth, new customer acquisition, customer retention and recipe switching, and leads the field team that delivers them.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the regional Food Service revenue and customer targets.
- Lead, coach and manage the regional team of Key Account Officers, Telesales Officers and Delivery Officers through clear KPIs, routines and performance reviews.
- Drive new customer acquisition and coverage growth across institutions, schools, eateries, vendors and caterers.
- Drive recipe switching, detailing and pre-selling execution in the field and convert them into sustained sales.
