Professional techniques / Production Demonstrates excellent knowledge of all food, beverage and cocktail menus. Prepares and serves cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, coffees and soft drinks according to company standards. Takes and processes food and beverage orders accurately. Delivers food and drinks efficiently and professionally.
