Manage safety and security in flight operations, and ensure compliance with standards and requirements of the NCAA.

Supervise and control all flights, operational control functions and other associated activities on the shift.

Update the daily flights in collaboration with the necessary units.

Ensure that all necessary diplomatic and over-flight clearances are obtained to fly the commercial schedule.

Monitor the progress of the daily flying schedule.

Monitor network performance and participate in delay analysis.

Anticipate flight disruptions and suggest ways to minimize the delays.
-
Maintain close coordination with Maintenance Control regarding aircraft defects and scheduling of maintenance activities.
