Serve as the primary administrator and operational owner of the Flexera One environment while supporting broader Software Asset Management activities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Flexera One Administration
- Administer Flexera One IT Asset Management (ITAM).
- Administer Flexera One IT Visibility (ITV).
- Administer Flexera One SaaS Manager.
- Administer Flexera One Agents.
- Manage platform configuration and settings.
- Support platform enhancements and adoption of new functionality.
- Monitor platform performance and health.
