The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the company’s transport fleet, ensuring safe, efficient, reliable, and timely transportation of cement, clinker, raw materials, and other materials.
The role oversees fleet operations, driver management, truck dispatch, fleet utilization, fuel management, real-time vehicle monitoring, regulatory compliance, and transport performance. The position works closely with the Workshop and other relevant departments to maximize fleet availability, minimize downtime, and ensure uninterrupted transport operations.
The Fleet Operations Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement of transport operations and ensure compliance with company policies, applicable road traffic regulations, HSE requirements, ISO 9001:2015, and other applicable standards.
