- 6–10 years of experience in Financial Reporting, FP&A, Management Accounting, or Financial Analysis.

- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Technology, Financial Services, or a similar structured environment is an advantage.
- ICAN, ACCA, or progress toward a relevant professional qualification is an added advantage.
