Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for helping to lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical activities in support of strategic decision-making and operational excellence. This role partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to provide financial insights, drive performance improvements, and ensure achievement of financial objectives.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Help lead the annual budget, forecasts and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate planning activities across production, distribution, sales and corporate functions.
