Job Description
- We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to oversee key financial operations and ensure strong financial management within a growing financial services organization.
- The ideal candidate will be a hands-on finance professional with strong experience across financial reporting, accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial analysis.
- This role requires someone who can manage multiple finance functions while providing accurate financial insights to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Manage financial accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Oversee bank and payment account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
