Job Summary
The Campaign Finance Officer will support the financial planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of the ITN Mass Campaign. The staff will ensure sound financial stewardship of campaign resources through accurate financial documentation, budget monitoring, payment processing, cash management, account reconciliation, and compliance oversight. The Finance Officer will work closely with campaign implementation teams, CRS finance staff, county-level teams, and other partners to ensure efficient and accountable use of resources.

- Financial Management and Budget Monitoring
- Support implementation of financial management activities for the ITN Mass Campaign.
- Monitor campaign expenditures against approved budgets and spending plans.
