About the Role
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial operations of the company, ensure regulatory compliance with regulator guidelines, and provide strategic financial insights to support loan growth, risk management, and profitability. You’ll be the go-to person for budgeting, reporting, treasury, and cost control in a fast-paced microfinance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Reporting:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and GAAP requirements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for all departments and branches
- Present financial performance reports and insights to management and board Treasury and Cash Management:
- Monitor daily cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements
- Oversee disbursements, repayments tracking, and bank reconciliations
