CBTS is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Finance Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role partners closely with Finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance forecasting accuracy, drive cost discipline, and deliver actionable insights within a technology and professional services environment.
What You'll Do
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes for SG&A departments
- Support monthly close and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights
- Manage company-wide financial reporting needs for the Finance department, ELT, and Board, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery
- Manage the planning cycles in OneStream
- Manage people planning for SG&A department
