Finance Manager
Role purpose As Finance Manager Baltics, you will be a key member of the local leadership team. You will act as the Managing Director's trusted financial advisor and right-hand partner, combining strategic business partnering, performance management and financial governance.
The role
You will lead financial planning, forecasting, analysis and management reporting across the Baltics, providing clear insight and constructive challenge to support strategic and operational decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with local and regional Controllership teams responsible for accounting, statutory reporting, tax and compliance matters, helping to ensure alignment between business performance, financial reporting and country priorities
