Job Description
- The Finance Manager will serve primarily as the financial and management reporting manager for the Asset Management business and assist in carrying out end-to-end financial (regulatory, management, statutory) reporting, business partnering, budgeting and forecasting, remittance of taxes (VAT, CIT, WHT and others), and other duties as part of their broader financial responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Preparation of regulatory returns, including monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual returns to SEC for the business and all managed funds and portfolios.
- Coordinate internal and external audit engagements and preparation of audited financial statements for the business and managed funds.
