Purpose of the Position
The Finance & Compliance Specialist will play a strategic role in ensuring that financial resources are efficiently channelled to front-line health services while maintaining strong financial controls, donor compliance, accountability, and value for money.
Provide practical financial management, grants compliance, internal controls, subawards oversight, budget management and financial reporting for the FCI country program in Eswatini, in line with World Vision policies, donor requirements, local statutory requirements, and the standards set by the World Vision USA.
