About the Role
- The Account & Finance Manager is responsible for managing the organisation's day-to-day financial operations in a digital banking environment, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls, supporting budgeting and cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements. The role works closely with management to provide financial insights that support operational and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the bank's day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS, CBN regulations, and internal governance standards.
