As a Field Service Representative, you will: Deliver, retrieve, and maintain medical equipment using a company vehicle. Clean, disinfect, test, and prepare equipment for use. Provide on-site support and superior customer service to patients and hospital staff. Manage orders and documentation accurately using company systems. Respond to service inquiries and escalate issues as needed. Assist in locating missing equipment within customer facilities. Track inventory and coordinate deliveries and returns. Prepare and process shipments, load and unload equipment. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
This is a Full time/Temp to Hire opportunity
The ideal candidate will have: Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment Valid Driver’s license
