Role Description The Field Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Oshodi/Isolo, Lagos. This role involves visiting retail outlets, markets, and potential partners to promote and sell Green Baskit products, ensuring strong visibility and product placement. The Field Sales Associate will build and maintain relationships with customers, gather feedback from the field, and communicate market insights to the internal team. Daily activities include product demonstrations, sampling, order generation, and follow-up to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role also requires accurate record-keeping of sales activities, basic reporting, and collaboration with the sales and marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in assigned territories.
