Job Description:
The Field Operations Manager (FOM) of the West Field Office (WFO) will provide leadership and oversight to WVI Nepal’s West Field Office operations, ensuring continued delivery of overall programme portfolio with quality results. These include programmes, sponsorship commitments, partner management, financial stewardship, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. The role will ensure operational continuity and achievement of annual targets aligned with WVI Nepal strategy FY26-30 and field office priorities. Continue to provide overall leadership in managing projects and programmes, implementing organizational processes, and strengthening partnerships to improve and sustain the well-being of the most vulnerable children, their families, and communities.
