Job Summary
- New Incentives - All Babies Are Equal (NI-ABAE) is seeking Field Officers to expand its operations to prevent child mortality in northern states in Nigeria.
- The Field Officers will support the New Incentives program, which uses cash transfers to encourage mothers to complete their infants' immunization schedules. The program operates in cooperation with the State Primary Healthcare Development Board in all states where it operates. The primary duty in the role will be enrolling beneficiaries at public clinics.
- Field Officers are hired full-time, work at clinics throughout the states we operate in, and must already be based in or reside in the LGAs and wards we operate in.
