Role Overview
As a Field Officer, you'll be the face of Hadi Finance in your assigned cluster. You'll work directly with traders — onboarding them, supporting inventory financing cycles, encouraging timely repayments, and helping them grow their savings. This role carries real field targets from day one, so we're looking for someone who has done similar ground-level, target-driven work before and knows what it takes to hit numbers while managing multiple trader relationships.
