Description
- We are looking for an experienced and hardworking candidate to work as a Factory Manager for a furniture company. As a Factory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and delegating tasks to workers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the factory targets are met. You should also maintain a positive work environment and demonstrate good leadership abilities. In addition to this, the candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field. You should also have knowledge of various safety management systems. To be successful in this job position, you should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team. You should also have phenomenal managerial skills and a close eye for detail.
