Description
- We are looking for a competent and experienced Facility Officer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day maintenance and proper management of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the general maintenance of the building and its facilities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical systems, plumbing installations, water systems, and other building infrastructure.
- Identify faults and ensure prompt repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Supervise technicians, artisans, cleaners, and other facility-related personnel.
- Conduct routine inspections of the building to identify maintenance and safety issues.
- Manage maintenance materials, tools, and equipment and ensure proper use and accountability.
