Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and overall condition of the company's real estate properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of company buildings and facilities.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
- Coordinate contractors, technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and other service providers.
- Manage utilities, repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility-related expenses.
- Ensure buildings, common areas, and external spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained.
- Handle facility-related complaints and requests from tenants/occupants.
