Facilities Maintenance Technician – Level D
This position supports the Space Superiority Division’s SI1 location in Chantilly, Virginia. The selected candidate will be responsible for facilities maintenance and day-to-day operations across multiple suites within a single facility. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented professional who can ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.
Essential Functions:
- Perform routine maintenance activities, including but not limited to:
- Replacing light bulbs
- Completing minor plumbing repairs
- Installing electrical devices
- Making temperature adjustments
- Repairing walls and doors
- Responding to general service requests
- Conduct preventive maintenance and monthly safety inspections of assigned building areas, promptly identifying and reporting maintenance concerns to the Facilities Manager.
