Fach- und Verkaufstrainer Sales Academy (m/w/d)
Das erwartet dich
- Du befähigst Mitarbeitende im Aussen- und Innendienst in ihren fachlichen und verkäuferischen Kompetenzen über alle Branchen hinweg – mit Schwerpunkt auf Vorsorge-Themen – im Rahmen von Präsenztrainings sowie virtuellen Lerneinheiten.
- Du agierst auf Augenhöhe mit deinen Kursteilnehmenden, informierst die Führungskräfte über deren Lernfortprogress bzw. definierst wirksame Massnahmen, um ein passenderes Lernumfeld zu schaffen, um damit positive Resultate zu erzielen
- Du involvierst dich in konzeptioneller Arbeit als Fachexperte und erarbeitest und entwickelst sowohl bestehende Trainings weiter bzw. definierst je nach Bedarf auch neue Trainings für physische und virtuelle Trainings

- Fachausweis Privatversicherung, höhere Fachschule oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
