Key Responsibilities

- Create a positive first impression by maintaining excellent grooming, body language, and hospitality standards.
- Confirm reservations and assist guests with seating arrangements according to outlet procedures.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a professional manner.
- Manage walk-in guests and maintain an accurate waiting list during busy periods.
