ThriveNG is seeking an experienced Expatriate Chef to join a premium hospitality establishment in Lagos, Nigeria. This role is part of a culinary team and offers a chance to work in a high-end setting with international culinary standards. There are openings for one Chef in Lagos and one Chef in Abuja.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate effectively with a professional kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Maintain high culinary standards with strong knowledge of international and Western cuisine
- Ensure excellence in food presentation and plating
- Uphold kitchen hygiene, food safety, and HACCP principles across all kitchen operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef in a high-end restaurant, hotel, fine-dining, or luxury hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of international/Western cuisine
