Mission
To provide support to the General Manager in the execution of tasks assigned to him/her and with a focus on the management of the Hotel's operational departments, with the aim of maximizing internal and external customer satisfaction.
What will you have to do?
- Wellness, Spa & Recreation: The EAM will guide the strategy for the YHI Spa and all recreational activities.
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of the YHI Spa. Ensure all treatments consistently utilize locally sourced, organic ingredients and authentic Vietnamese traditions blended with international standards.
- Develop and integrate holistic wellness packages to position the resort as a premier wellness destination.
