Job title: Especialista Middleware
We are seeking a Middleware Specialist to provide support for diverse middleware technologies. The role includes maintenance, incident handling, change management, vulnerability mitigation, and updates of middleware components to ensure secure and reliable operations within our IT and Digitalization department in Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Provide day-to-day support for middleware technologies (e.g., Web services, Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, IIS).
- Manage incident response and resolution.
- Perform maintenance and updates of middleware components.
- Implement and enforce change management processes.
- Mitigate security vulnerabilities and apply patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use tools such as JIRA, MQ, ISAM, Cofluence.
- Monitor and troubleshoot in Windows and Linux environments; some Unix scripting as needed.
