About this role
Job Description
- Practices to improve Quality in sustainable manner.
- Conduct thorough Why-Why analysis for defects & root cause analysis.
- Ensure Product Quality through Process Audits of Manufacturing processes.
- New Model Development/Mass Production, Process Audits, Part layout Inspection, Process Capability
- Knowledge about vehicle system like Brakes, Engine, Transmission, Body interior/exterior etc.
- Experience in Vehicle inspection process and diagnosis.
- Analysis of defects with Manufacturing, parts quality and design team.
- Knowledge of Welding process, paint process, plastic process, Materials use in automotive
- Basic knowledge of DOE,FMEA & control plans.
- Able to troubleshoot and identify root cause and implement countermeasures using Quality Tools (5 Why / 8D etc.).
