About the Role
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:
- Equipment Operator: - Teilnahme an den Herstellungsprozessen, - Ausführung aller zugewiesenen Tätigkeiten gemäß Produktionsplan und unter Einhaltung der gültigen GMP-, Arbeits-, Betriebs-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorgaben
Leistungskennzahlen:
- Termintreue: Einhaltung des Produktionsplans, fristgerechte Ausführung der Aufgaben
- Qualität: Anzahl der Fehler in bearbeiteten oder aktualisierten Produktionsdokumenten sowie bei der Überprüfung der Chargendokumentation
- Zeitmanagement: Effiziente Nutzung der Zeit auf dem Shopfloor, wo erforderlich
Mindestanforderungen/Berufserahrung:
- Betriebsführung und -ausführung
- Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Transportwesen
- Allgemeine HSE-Kenntnisse (Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt)
- Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien (Good Manufacturing Procedure)
