About this role
Equipment Engineer
岗位职责：
- 负责责任区域内设备应急维修和保养工作，满足日常生产需求；
- 负责责任区域内设备安全和技术员作业安全；
- 通过持续改善，提高设备利用率，完成设备停机率或OEE目标；
- 技术员团队管理，技术员日常工作安排，技术员绩效考核管理；
- 设备PM文件定期review, PM计划制定，并检查PM执行状况；
- 设备备件管理，备件盘点、安全库存、备件库存周转率；
- 维修成本控制和管理；
- 负责产能提升类设备治具开发、引进、安装、验收，满足SOP需求；
- 下属团队培训管理，关注人员发展，提高团队问题分析和解决能力；
- 协助处理生产过程中产生的质量问题和客户反馈问题；
- 完成并通过内外部审核，ITAF，ISO14000、LFOS等等
- 其他团队工作和上级主管安排的工作。
任职要求：
- 大学本科（专科）毕业，至少5年（7年）以上相关工作经验，电气或机械自动化专业
- 具备良好的办公软件应用和绘图工具软件应用如AutoCAD Inventor 3D软件等
- TPM相关推行和实施经验
- 非标设备自动化开发管理经验
- 流利的英语口语、阅读及写作能力
- 结果为导向，具有一定的抗压能力。
- 团队合作和良好的沟通能力
