Location: Dallas, Texas (Partial Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to provide dedicated Epic Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and Revenue Cycle support for a hospital system. This role provides hands-on, day-to-day operational support to the CDI and Revenue Cycle team, including report and work queue development, coding-related workflow support, and change management communication. This is an opportunity to work closely with hospital leadership and become the go-to Epic resource for a high-visibility function.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and execute weekly work priorities assigned by client leadership.
- Create and process ServiceNow change tickets related to CDI/Revenue Cycle workflows.
- Communicate implemented changes clearly to the CDI/Revenue Cycle team.
