EOC Academic Advisor
The EOC Academic Advisor will report to the Director of Student Affairs at the Bronx Educational Opportunity Center (Bronx EOC). The EOC Academic Advisor will assist in developing and administering initiatives designed to increase High School Equivalency (HSE) and college awareness, as well as implement data-driven strategies to promote student persistence and retention among students enrolled in Bronx EOC programs.
The EOC Academic Advisor will provide academic advising and support to students individually and in group settings. Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records for enrolled students, providing academic and educational guidance, conducting outreach to support HSE enrollment and student engagement, and utilizing student data to identify opportunities for improving persistence and retention.
