About the Role
The Environment team plays a critical role in supporting Shell's environmental requirements by ensuring environmental compliance, managing environmental risks, and driving continuous improvement across our operations. Through close collaboration with asset teams, we protect the environment, respect local communities, and support Shell's journey toward a lower-carbon future.
As the Environmental Lead, you will be a key member of the West Safety & Environment Leadership Team, leading a team of environmental professionals supporting both the Prelude FLNG and Crux assets. In this role, you will provide environmental leadership, technical guidance, and strategic direction to ensure environmental risks are effectively managed, and environmental requirements are embedded into planning, decision-making, and operational execution.
