About this role
Environmental Health and Safety Manager
- You will serve as one of the Lead EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) team members by conducting monthly training sessions, audits, and meetings to promote awareness and continuous improvement in all aspects of the EHS programs
- You will investigate workplace incidents using root-cause analysis (RCA) tools to identify underlying causes and implement robust corrective and preventive measures. Share lessons-learned across the business
- You have deep knowledge, understanding and level of involvement in injury and illness case management and will participate in the return-to-work process as well as the RCA of such events
- You will evaluate and monitor plant employees as well as all on-site contractors’ compliance with company safety regulations
