Position Title: Entry Manufacturing Laborer
Pay Rate: ($21.22/hr. up to $26.57/hr.)
New Hires Sign on Bonus, if eligible: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months,
New Hires Retention Bonus, if eligible: $500 after 1 year
Additional lump sum after 2 years
Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (2:50pm – 11pm or 10:50pm - 7am, Monday–Friday, OT/weekends as needed)
Physical Location: Amarillo Box Facility 4715 NE. 24th Ave Amarillo, TX 79107
The Job You Will Perform:
- Counting and stacking finished product
- Preference, but not required, Operating a Forklift and/or Clamp Truck
- Proper inspection of outgoing and incoming product and raw materials
- Reading factory orders
- Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
- Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting
- Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions
