Job Purpose
- The Neurosurgeon will be responsible for the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and comprehensive management of disorders affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems, including the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.
- This role requires a high level of expertise in performing complex cranial and spinal surgeries, such as tumour resections, cerebrovascular interventions, and spinal fusions.
- As a senior member of the medical team, the Neurosurgeon will be a leader in advancing the hospital's neurosurgical capabilities.
- This includes contributing to the development of clinical protocols, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and driving clinical research to improve patient outcomes.
