About the Role Enrollment + Partnerships Manager to own the complete student journey in NYC, serving as the front office for new and existing families and partners. This on-site role focuses on enrollment growth and exceptional customer service. What You'll Do
- Center Enrollment + In-School Programming: Manage end-to-end registration using Launch enrollment systems; respond to inbound family leads, manage waitlists, coordinate student intakes; for in-school programming, address RFPs and coordinate final program designs.
- Billing & Finance: Manage customer accounts, including receivables and credits/refunds; lead periodic invoicing for school partners and families.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as primary liaison for parent concerns, schedule changes, and inquiries; ensure high satisfaction and retention; primary contact for in-school relationships.
