Responsibilities

Apply and promote health, safety, quality and corporate social responsibility policies and procedures.

Promote a strong safety culture within the team and across the organization.

Ensure safety and ergonomic requirements are integrated into assembly processes and equipment decisions.

Lead the Manufacturing Engineering Assembly team and manage its day-to-day activities.

Recruit, onboard, train and support new employees.

Develop individual and team competency levels in line with project and industrial needs.

Provide technical and administrative support to the team and escalate critical issues to the supervisor.

Ensure optimal service to projects by assigning appropriate resources and expertise.

Identify future resource and workload requirements proactively.
