About The Role
- As an Engineering Manager (Identity) at FairMoney, you will lead an engineering squad responsible for building and maintaining reliable identity and KYC solutions that support our products and customers across markets.
- You will combine strong people leadership with a hands-on technical background, working closely with engineers, Product, Risk, Compliance, and other stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
- You will play a key role in shaping the squad’s technical direction, engineering practices, and overall performance.
