About the team OLAP Platform is the analytical data layer that powers real-time reporting for restaurants and agentic data access for AI-driven products across Toast. As Engineering Manager II, you will lead a growing engineering team in Dublin that owns this shared surface.
The team is in a pivotal stretch of work: scaling the platform to support more domains and consumers, keeping performance and cost in balance as it grows, and putting the governance in place to open it up safely to the next wave of AI-driven products.
This is a role for an engineering leader who combines platform thinking, operational discipline, and strong cross-functional influence. You should be comfortable owning developer experience for internal engineering customers, driving technical strategy and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
