Brief
Job Description Responsible for providing on-site and remote technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, PDU (Power Distribution Units), STS (Static transfer Switches), AHF(Active Harmonic filters) and other similar Power electronics products. The role requires extensive knowledge of UPS systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure the reliability and performance of power systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support:
- Provide on-site and remote support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues affecting UPS performance.
- Assist in the configuration and commissioning of new UPS installations.
