Outline of Main Duties/Accountabilities: Liaise with the sales team in order to provide all types of after sales service support on blind tools, stud welding systems, DC torque tightening tools like I&C, repair, maintenance, preventive maintenance, etc. Liaise closely with the Projects/Maintenance team of the customer to ensure that the expectation and Stanley understanding is in sync. Use the opportunity to brand Stanley as a solution provider. Develop and write specifications, performance requirements, technical analysis and support the sales team to position attractive proposition to the customer. Provide detailed documentation of a job including drawings, operational procedures.
