About the Role
Pelcro is seeking a Fulfillment Operations Specialist to help publishers and subscription businesses automate the entire fulfillment lifecycle using Pelcro's End-to-End Fulfillment Management platform.
What You'll Do
- Automatically generate fulfillment segments using subscription status, renewal windows, product types, delivery locations, or subscriber attributes.
- Manage print and digital fulfillment rules in one platform and configure delivery logic based on subscription type, product bundles, or publication schedules.
- Automatically generate renewal-aware mailing lists so active subscribers receive their publications while expired subscriptions are excluded; synchronize lists with subscription billing and payment processing workflows.
