MISION
Ejecutar de manera eficiente, ágil y alineada a los lineamientos corporativos el proceso integral de atracción y selección de talento operativo en el sitio o región asignada, garantizando la cobertura oportuna de vacantes, el cumplimiento de metodologías establecidas y una experiencia positiva para candidatos y clientes internos.
RESPONSABILIDADES
EJECUTAR el proceso completo de reclutamiento y selección para posiciones operativas, asegurando la cobertura de vacantes autorizadas.
REALIZAR entrevistas, filtros de selección, integración de expedientes, coordinación de exámenes y procesos de ingreso de candidatos.
ASEGURAR el cumplimiento de los tiempos establecidos y la calidad de contratación en cada proceso.
GESTIONAR altos volúmenes de vacantes y priorizar coberturas urgentes de acuerdo con las necesidades operativas.
