Job title: Electronics Manufacturing Manager
As an Electronics Manufacturing Manager, you will lead a team responsible for supporting the industrialization of new products within electronic assembly environments. You will drive new product introduction activities, oversee engineering resource management, and help improve time-to-market through effective execution, talent development, and organizational leadership. You will report to Andrew Kaufman and have a hybrid work schedule.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multi-functional engineering team focused on new product introduction of printed circuit board assemblies, process execution, and technology deployment across multiple projects.
- Oversee and support core industrialization activities including Design for Excellence (DfX), product data readiness, prototype line execution, and product cost estimation.
